Note

Trip to Webb's (Chauffeur duty). Intended to attend the Dutchess County Fair.
got to about ten miles of the grounds and it started misting. A few miles later, it was pouting. Since we had already bought tickets, we rescheduled to Sunday.

Super Super day. Cool dry air moved in overnight. Blue skies. Gentle breeze.
Third day in a row and still the best run at BH this year.

Star trac. Alpine Pass program at level 11, except for the middle hill, which was at 9.

Usual set of machines.
Biceps machine now fixed (replaced ?). Seat is different.
Plus Dip.

Cross Train 2. 60 minutes at level 14. 5000 strides.
Manual. 5 minutes at level 11.450 strides.
Leisurely effort, a bit tired from yesterday.
Also, no movie today. Their showing a rerun. Boo.
