Now that my left groin is starting to feel better, my left hip is hurting.

Discomfort in left hip is a little disconcerting.

Has summer arrived? Temp around 80 on its way to 90 and very humid. This along with a few aches, mainly the left hip, kept the pace down.

Baird Park.
Wasn't sure I wanted to do this today. Low back has been tight the last couple of days, but seemed OK this morning. Rained overnight so quite muggy. Not as far as last week, but not as nice a day. More sweat today. Also, forgot to take the knee brace.
