Mostly cloudy with a brisk wind out of the south (temp ?). Shorts and two ls Ts. No hat, but started with gloves. These came off early. Two shirts would have been too much except for the wind. Felt good at the start, but really dragging in the second half.

Still feeling off, but it was a lovely day. So I decided to see what I could do. Felt OK, but a very leisurely effort.
Clear and sunny, no wind. Glad to get out.

Not feeling all that great. Stuffy head and a little achy. Managed to do the usual set of machines, but some at less weight and some with fewer reps.
