Baird Park
Very warm morning at 80, and humid. With these conditions, I didn't feel like pushing the pace, plus I was tired. With the slower pace, I hoped to go farther, but that was not to be.

Cool morning and windy. Not so bad in the woods.
Felt OK through the first km, then felt very good. PR13.

Baird Park.
Sunny, around 60. A little more lightly dressed than usual (no hat, no pp top), so a little chilly. Felt like I was going at a good pace (relative to prior efforts this year), but the end result was less than expected. Still, a PR13. Also, it's nice to finish a run and not feel like crap.

Cloudy, but pleasant at the start. Started to rain at the very end.
Added some distance by continuing on the south loop ccw to the water tower. Turned around and back to car.

Holmes Presbyterian Camp. Green course.
Courses set by Ed Hicks with Geof Conner.
Small but nice area. Didn't realize until I started on the course that the scale was 1:5300.

Finally made around this loop without walking, although the 'run' on some of the hills were no faster than walking. A couple of the hills required as much mental effort as physical. Some distress inbound, but nowhere near as bad as on Wednesday. Not too surprising, a new PR (13).

Walk / Run 55:25 [2] 6.1 km (9:05 / km)

Trails at Baird Park.
Some plus, some minus. Made it around the south loop without walking, but on the inbound section of the north loop, as I was feeling quite distressed, like something bad would happen (nausea, cramps, ?), perhaps due to an ongoing problem with gas.
