Trails at Baird Park.
Beautiful day. Sunny and temps rising through the forties. Felt better than Wednesday. Thought I did more running, but the time was only a few seconds better. Maybe my 'run' isn't any faster than my 'walk'.
Trails at Baird Park.
Mid to upper 40s with lots of sun. Sluggish at the start, but I seem to be developing a second wind. Really died toward the end. Still a PR-13.
The old Gravitron has been replaced by a LifeFitness assisted chin & dip machine. The Graviton provided assist with a programmable compressed air mechanism. L-F uses a stack of weights, similar to Nautilus or Med-Ex. You stood on a platform with the Graviton, but with the L-F you kneel on a pad.
Just experimenting today:
10 chins and dips with 100lb
10 chins and dips with 85 lb
Trails at Baird Park. Sunny, breezy and upper 30s, very nice. The only snow is some piles left by the plows. Some mud on the trails, but mostly firm. PR-13, not because my running was faster, just more of it. I should consider adding some distance.
