Trials at Baird Park.
Overcast and around 40. A couple minutes faster today, but this looks like it's going to be a long recovery (assuming that's possible).

Walking 55:00 [2] 5.46 km (10:04 / km)

Trails at Baird Park. Walk/run mix. Pretty much the same as Sunday, except farther. AOC: Feet and knees: no problems. Rib cage: Somewhat limiting at first, but not noticeable later. Hands: Wore fleece type gloves. Hands cold at first, but warmed up as I went along.

Ran into a State Trooper with a bunch of streamers in his hand. My first thought was that he was setting an O course. Well, not quite. He was setting out a course for bloodhound training. Looks like the bloodhounds don't have to leave the trail.

Walking 35:45 [2] 3.63 km (9:51 / km)

Trails at Baird Park.
Thought it was time to try some running. Alternated walking and running. Did more running than I expected to. Temp around 40, dressed for 20.

Areas of concern:
Feet: Running didn't seem to make any difference. This is a good thing, I guess.
Knees: Braces on both. No problems.
Rib cage: Felt the limitations, but for what I was doing, this wasn't a problem.
Hands: Had on two pair of gloves (pp and cotton). Hands were like ice. Should find a better solution.
