Another great area, plenty of heather munching. Bit of a plod in parts but clean, maybe one 15s miss on an unmarked crag at 3. Happy with that :)

Really nice area and squeaky clean run, but was definitely a little short. Feeling a bit tired post exams but easier week meant my legs were feeling fine :)

Couldn’t make it to the track so did this instead. Good to do some longer tempo efforts and reasonably happy with the effort though not used to a hillier loop. Legs feeling a bit tired from Sunday, defo take it easier tomorrow.
