Feet in a lot of pain, had to stop and sit and remove my shoes at one point - this was while trying to find 13, which is what I think led me to become disoriented and loop back to the trail in the way that I did. Went back and attacked from a better angle the second time anyways, so it was all fine in the end. The course was really interesting and I enjoyed the navigation a lot. I am so incredibly just not in shape, but I'll never regret coming out and doing a course as long as I don't break a leg or something doing it.

It is very cold outside

Ran with a mask on because I have this idea that if I train with a mask and get pretty fit, then I'll be ever more capable without a mask. It's like training at high altitude and competing at sea level.
