Intense Maprun Monday in Greenville. Pretty stoked to have an event less than 40 minutes from my house!
Of course my chem lab lasted until 6:20, so I showed up extremely late (event started at 5:30). Chris Gkikas and my parents were sweet enough to wait up for me. Within two minutes of my arrival, Chris talked me into doing the longest course because there was "fast competition".

This was okay. While I was running I felt like it wasn't full speed, so I know I can do better. I also doubted myself a few times that I shouldn't have. 15 was a huge mistake, and I just wasn't thinking clearly. I was pretty bummed to hit the powerlines and hear the main road, knowing I was wayyyy too far to the left.
