NPSL leagues at Kent Meridian. I ran in the 1600 and the 400. We did a couple mile warm up, then the 16, then a but of jogging for cooldown/warmup for the 400, then finished with a cooldown. For the 1600 I ended up running a 4:55 which was a PR but not by much. I only ran 56.00 in the 400 since my legs were pretty tired but overall not an awful performance considering I was coming from an AP Bio test.
