O-ringen Day 5 - went quite well except miss-read control code towards the end. Doh. Chase start! GPS watch ran out of batteries towards the end, the the distance isn't right. Was 69 this day. Overall finished O-ringen 61 out of 151

Day-4 of O-ringen - Middle distance - was pretty clean - ran a bit cautious 'cause I was so spaced out at the start with the heat. But it was fun - nice course, nice terrain. 67th this day.

Grueling day 4 of O-Ringen - lots and lots of climb it seemed. Ran over that bloody ski hill twice! Then got tricked at the end. missed the second last control. First part was nice. 70th this day.

Day 2 of Oringen - think it went well for me - was tricky and had a few mistakes, but it could have been bad! 57th!

Day 1 of O-ringen. Hard start, straight up hill jumping boulders non-stop. But then, it got going well - navigation seemed pretty straight forward. Neat how the race changed halfway through to open speed forest. As it was first day I was pretty reserved / cautious. 73rd.

7 x 400m R at track. Went okay, hamstring twing at end, so only did 7 instead of 8. Was able to keep pace on all but last.

first set of reps in a long time - went to outdoor track. Not hard, but not easy either. Kept pace okay. Quads and hamstrings felt "twingy"
