No run today, to tired out from Marsh Lake public meeting. Did strength not as "vigourously" as last time (bent knees, etc.), but was able to hold plank for full minute. Still overall quite hard.
Short run outside at -35, not bad, bum was a bit cold, but core was nice & warm (wore my old down jacket) - running was pretty good though

Did strength workout Brent gave me. VERY hard, I have no core. couldn't do full minute of plank, swimming & leg raises almost impossible to do for full minute. Yikes, I'll bet my tummy will be sore tomorrow.
skate ski the 10k with Georgi, Lara & DH, Was harder than I thought it would be - snow came down fast & temp dropped 5 degrees during ski. Couldn't see down hills!
