VERY windy day - run 'round Hamilton Blvd. Went well, didn't seem very difficult. Went slow for last 15min 'cause I caught up with and ran with Kaori. And COLD.

ugh, felt like slug. Ran around Riverdale - misjudged distance and ended up walking home. Don't know if I achieved much today. - 2x13 m T pace +3min rest.
Left knee a little sore. I think the track and those shoes yesterday were a problem.
went to track 'cause it is so gross out - snowed 5-10cm today! yuck. Track was hard to keep pace - felt very tired today and slugish. Don't like my big indoor shoes. Plus had huge burger in my belly from dinner at Earls before.
trails were good and hard - went in the morning - cold and icy. Ran on Paddys Pond map. Did 15min T +3min jog + 10min T. Right knee was a bit sore after.
cruise around Millenium Loop - couldn't go slow enough! Wore new shoes, they felt nice. But quads were sore, right hamstring a bit tight at end. Wonder if it was the pavement.
2x(4:50 min I + 4 min jog) + 3x (3:10 min I + 2 min jog) - tried to go on PC/Yukon college map, but trails are now too soft. So, went 'round PC instead. Weather go quite miserable - windy, snowing, yuck. Hard to make pace. Right hamstring still feels "tweaked" for last week. Not feeling fast or motivated, but that was the last interval workout of Phase III, so it feels good to have it finished.
3x10min T-pact +2min jog. Did Random-O map from Magnussen, started with Jen, Brent and Trevor. Very sunny, trails starting to get soft. Ran through some open hillsides which was nice. Hard going overall, didn't feel very fast!
