Better day , motivate myself to run down the Whilton road up to the long copse then Whilton footpath back to LB see Darren and partner plus four dogs , playing field to get to 6 km , pleased but working too hard , suggested 28 hours rest ???
Park at ES run down hill then other side of road then test way through snorscombe road ,up wet snorscombe hill sun comes out which helps and manage to run to the top except stopped at muddy gate so got a rest ,feel a bit rough in MH run on to car going through wood at the end ,all hard work to get over 5 km
First km hamstrings and strides , then three 3 Kms two anti-clockwise, wind very strong again 5-38 5-41 then clockwise 5-22 all hard work then finish with hamstrings, someone comes in with four dogs ! ? Darren’s do the gym though three sets plus leg exercises
Run into wind with Ned and the dogs half to stop a few times in the first track to get my breath ,find all hard work post orienteering ,disappointed,but make myself go up the long hill in spite feeling rough
Do sprints four sets into a strong wind ,still feel not good ,Andrew been told do not run for two more weeks ! He walks 4 km ,and we do exercises as well
