First Daventrry run for more than 2 years plus ,worried no speed at all so quite pleased with 5-20 pace new garmin is interesting with the heart rate now pushed max up considerably , need to get back into it after covid and injection side effects ,second km felt ok working too hard at end , not keen on new start and finish

Caught bill Hanley at one he shot off , 2 ok 3 ok 4 maybe better take west path especially as off to right on the way to four saw Barry and Adrian, 5,67 8 saw bill coming out I went north Adrian looking lost , Malcolm ahead of me , followed him 10,11 got ahead of hen 1213 14
