Walk out of Oundle ,along road to stoke Doyle then across fields to pilton ,road up our nene way to a662 ,road and bridle way to barnwell,lunch there ,poor road to oundle ,loop around nene over grown ,into back of oundle ,good coffee ,forgot to stop watch so a bit slower

Run out of cally park try wall first .lovely beech wood too high back to road then track to Disdow wood ,path hard to find at top end do circuit ,hard uphills ,further nice beech at the west end but step ,pleasant run ,poor walk

Felt very tired post journey but could park in torrs point car park sandwiched between two mini camper vans ! ,very slow start but com8ng back managed two faster km ,and a new record for this garmin 5-06 ,pleased ,some downhill assistance !
