As icy do 5 km around playing fields in the cold fog 13 laps ,andrew does 26 24 ! Does not catch me but that’s good time never believe I did 23-43 last year !

Short run for a change slow but did not feel too bad ,cold with the hoar frost dropping off the trees

Very cold not many days when it does not go over 0c ,foggy as well
Andrew getting new car ,lockdown can we run in the playing field?
Anyway I did 20 hill reps and felt good ? Not sure why ,reps easier as frozen no mud

Decide I should walk more so walk to LongBuckby to deliver parcel to william then back via path that starts on three bridges road ,back via whilton ,LB ,must aim for 20 km once a week

Also do a hamstrings session which I am sure helps the stiffness

Meet at MH poor run around then HW and MH to finish neither of us keen but did it shortest run for a long time
