Not keen again and a slow start but felt ok at Nobottle turn and did the harlestone loop lovely except too many people about who I hope we’re not spreading covid ,really surprised felt comfortable and first run I have enjoyed for sometime ,maybe the new medication is not all bad

Sunshine ! no Ned so went to the Heath and run loop over side of railway went up to first hole as well and turned back as wanted 5 km,another sticky patch but seemed to ease off still worried about long distance and health
