Run out of priors marston ,through new wood ,on to canal up through priors hard wick. long road run to car ,perfect day no wind sunny ,last run before lockdown with ned that we can have coffee after ,pleased we we went so far ,again did not feel up to it but did but did not feel as good as last time

Very windy so hide in badby woods but come otherside to run up hill again,surprisingly quiet ,no cars at fawsley all off shopping?,found it tough and ned did too as he ran 7 1/2 miles on the road yesterday
