Do 5 km around playing field as andrew injured him doing outdoor gym,disappointing time ,felt sluggish ,found hill hard work 12 times

Varying but bleep test failed at 20 m so kidding myself at home ,but my system better on lawn.Instead did sets of 10 very hard

really enjoyed one area would make a brilliant sprint area at 1:4000
1/2/3/4 2/3/2/2 then 1 st 5 to 11 ,9 to 10 could not see if there was a gap ,poor route 11 to 12 as gap to get to hedge ,disappointed how slow and short of breath I was going slightly uphill to 15 ,nearly went awry last leg as someone in front hared off the wrong way
