Hamstring session after long journey ,right knee a bit sore ,could not get up to any speed

Not on garmin little jog up lovely path up Cornish Hill whilst waiting for William doing the awful hand from glen Trool as wind strong felt a little nervous as felt so rough yesterday

Run anti-clockwise around brighouse path ,slow as looking at Whithorn ,isle of man and lakes amazingly clear ,felt like hard work ,met more people than ever
