Very windy ,in fact at bend before turn for long copse hard to run against,andrew running very quickly I was pleased felt better than yesterday he did 28 something,route following a pattern now loop in farmers field and around green at end laps 5-54 5-43 6-36 5-59 ( struggled with gate broken ) 6-09 (poor )
Did lock down oing spot the difference very poor BUT 1000 on rapid route choice so far

Poor run with ned and the dogs down the tracks ,both dogs chase a hare ,stop and start which I am grateful ,do not feel good again ?AT again disappointing as thought got through last bad session of it ,maybe here to stay

Whilton road ,bunces ,long copse ,little brington,Roberts barn ,loop in great brington to get over the 10 km ,at last a bit of drizzle ,felt ok ,andrew very good

Thought running at 1 pm better ,slow start but between 3 and 4 km felt better than for a long time and instead of seeing Andrew recede away along the long copse I catch him up after the climb ? much to his surprise .do the loop in the farmers field and the little bit around the green laps 5-57 5-49 6-30 5-31 ! 5-46
So much better no AT feeling and feel quite elated ,looks like no more ETOH.different runner today

Back to something like routine ,amazing day run out of neds high wood three guys in there ?bird watchers then twice around MH in the shade ,look at everdon view and back getting 10 km up in knightley wood ,usual story over did it ,ned very breathless lost fitness

Hamstring with weights in between some of the blocks starting at km ,wonderful sunshine ,feel I am continually fighting the arrhythmia
