Terrible run run was thinking of a long one thank goodness Andrews foot sore
Went down carriage drive had a big heart wooble this was due to the etoh I enjoyed last week ,felt ill all day ,TT now

Do the brington challenge with andrew ,too slow a start but working very hard at the end he was 20-06 ?5=50 5-33 5-16 3-53 for .073 first fast run for ? Months so hard work mins/ km disappointing

Wednesday run as Ned off go early to avoid crowds meet at 8 to beat crowds anglers there already.Tough up hill ,not on a good run bluebells just over but some good patches
