Hamstring exercises ,manage 3 km which is amazing the distance which clocks up 9-43 10-50 11-09 this includes rest periods of varying time . Keep wondering if this my last exercise ,compounded by Sian being febrile seems unlucky at 11 days post exposure but that’s what they say up to 14 days She is very fit and I think will be fine then I will get it and be really ill because of my medication .My plan was to increase stepwise but that is going to thwarted any time soon
