Terrible weather again this time Andrew cries off for the first time in how many years? I go and hide in harlestone firs and do 10 hill reps slowly and jog to warm up and down ,legs still stiff from yesterday .? Park run tomorrow

Felt a bit better ,very cold wind ,did not have to work hard until last 4 km into the wind ,which increased the work rate considerably ,quite pleased how I felt ,slightly longer to avoid mud so around on the road to the path

Andrew woking so no short so gym session especially as the nice day went horrible ,10 mins fast stepper rest machines some planks and hamstring exercises,,was going to sprints will do tomorrow,corona virus approaches all will stop

Terrible lashing rain and wind ,decide to go out lend ned jacket do run in everdon Stubbs for protection ,after first lap put jackets in car set off to mantles Heath ,do a loop in the meadows and then high wood very wet and muddy,back through mantles Heath wild daffs out there plus in everdon Stubbs ,find tired from yesterday

Outdoor gym with 400 m laps hard work good for a change ,missed orienteering as Ali home for the weekend

Outdoor gym with andrew and rob bayment( was running by and joined us ),they spr8nted up the hill each lap which tired andrew out ,ran 5 km plus and the difficult exercises three minutes on each
