Short run at last with andrew ,icy so slow in places all Kms over 6 ! He is over flu ,my leg started hurting on the way back ?back

Park in main lay-by at harlestone after it stopped raining jog to interval area no one about do 6 groups of six with little rest so not top speed then proceed on to 4 more,warm down 20 mins good session at last

Run from top of snorscombe hil very wet going down ,go up through Stubbs on the west side for a change and relatively mud free,along road to MH along good non muddy path parallel to road ,ned chesty so pull in there rather than HW ,happy with leg and fitness not too bad

Jog around the grange Moore jogging than mapping as checking nene walk hedges,and boundaries in the east
