Very slow run out of brighouse bay stop a lot and look at views and birds ,typical wet miserable day

Run out to ranges ,red flag flying ,2 days of heavy training for me caught up with me ,curlews a fantastic sight ,better than last time with my 50 metre jog 50 walk with injury

Run out of priors marston for the first time for ages due to road closure ,,missed canal bridges ! Wonderful example of ridge and furrow tired at end on road
