The first three lanes were blocked so the 600 was guesstimated, quite accurately I think. Tbh, I am happy to finish the workout strong although the splits are not impressive. The last few weeks have been a nightmare running in the heat and paces have soared a lot so I'll just have to accept that sessions will be a tad slower than what I'm used to. Can't wait for the 40°C summer <333
