My shins are quite unhappy.
I am also unhappy. Perhaps less so. But unhappy nonetheless.
I have now exhausted the list of non-impact cardio activities which I thought could not hurt my shins. Cross off biking along with elliptical and swimming.
Anyone want to show me how to aqua-jog? =S
... on the bright side, I got new shoes so I can wear them in for NWFF. Identical to the previous pair, only newer! =)
