Running 40:00 [4]
Did load of warm up and some drills, ran to the x country hill and did it 4 times at about 70% going up and slow back down, was a very hard session and I wasn't impressed with how the teacher took it. Did my own thing on the way back.

Felt like shit today, I felt stressed out beyond belief, I fell asleep in maths and church, couldn't concentrate and was making stupid mistakes in work and couldn't play the piano for shit! I think I should be alright tomorrow as long as I sleep well tonight, but I don't want another day like this.
