Easy leg tester before going for a swim. Lot's of niggles at the moment so checking my legs. Current niggles: Knee (seems resolved today), both Achilles (maybe from new barefoot work shoes), and right hip - been a problem for over 1 year on and off but seems bad at the moment.

1 hour score. Just taking it easy. A few bits of dodgy mapping but still good fun. Came back 45 secs late despite putting a bit of a shift in for the last km or so

Adding an additional rest day legs feeling okay but think it's sensible. Having a good stretch and foam roll and an early night.
