Was planning on doing sprint O intervals but was too nice and sunny to squirm around town so went bash along the canal.

Longer run. Not quite as long as I need to be doing on Sundays but don't quite have the time at the moment.

Wanted to get some easy miles in the sun. Went faster than I planned in the middle, think the nice weather went to my head. Had planned to turn around if any of the niggles flared up but they only started hurting as I headed up the hill so had to carry on.
Tried to steel James' down hill segment but was slowed down by a group of punters doing the skyline walk.

No running today legs feeling a bit rubbish. Struggling to structure my weeks properly at the moment. Need to get back into long runs and hills/intervals but they take too much time away from revision at the moment.

Another run with Freeman. Legs feeling a lot better today. Wanted to keep it as flat as possible and ideally on the grass. Ended up going further than planned again but don't mind as was feeling okay.

5mins of different plank variations (no rest)

Going to try and do this every 2nd day with different variations each time then do press ups on the days in-between. I'm keen to be a bit more of an all around athlete rather than just a runner.
