had some significant stomach problems today, need to start drinking something like electrolytes and managing my eating more.

fun run though aside from that and felt v easy so endurance is improving which is good :)

knee hurt a bit again, significantly less than yesterday so positive. resting tomorrow and will just have to see what happens, pretty sure it’s fine though.

also last day of study leave today!! final exam tomorrow, quite unbelievable tbh. definitely very ready for summer now!!!

4 * 4 minutes with walking rest

felt good on this, pace is botched because of rests but was running around 4:30s-4:40s on the reps which i’m happy with.

left side of my knee hurt quite a bit after this, felt it at some times recently, not awful and i can still run but annoying. will watch out for it, think i may have pulled something playing tennis yday so will see.

v disappointed with last weeks training, didn’t do both of my key sessions - just felt very drained with exams and it was a very weird week but we move on.

felt good on this, steep hills but so so pretty at this time of day and only one exam left??!!
