really pleased with this, no mistakes & felt much more confident in the terrain than usual. such a nice day as well :)

talk-o with emma + an attack point course. tough terrain to run through for the most part but such a good area!

slopes course + talk-o (by myself), really good area but the bracken was very hard to run through. still enjoyable tho, and the views once the fog cleared were insane!!

opted for the long after last weeks sprint round paths, went pretty good - no mistakes over 1 minute so pleased with this. definitely feeling a bit more prepped for the british!

loop w/ mum + kasper. very much plod pace but fun :) right foot aching a bit in the middle of the run so just stopped and did a few stretches and didn’t feel it again after that, will make sure to watch out for it though.

sprint training. took the first few one on, one off and then went faster on the last one, felt pretty good and no mistakes. enjoyed the post-run cake!!

plyometrics was definitely a killer but a good start :)
