O training at Mytchett
Gloriously sunny day and beautiful area made for quality training. 8k course. Did it in sections to simulate middle distance and had the pressure of running with dad and T which was fun. Fell foul of the soldiers trip line and did quite a few detours around the ones marching because they had guns.

Forgot my watch muppet so nicked someone else’s shh. Feeling springyyyy but not like a slinky. Think times were between 30-34 for 200’s 50-55 for 300’s and ? for 150’s. Good session.

O training at the enchanted place before brekky
Couldn’t train at Mytchett because stan has his driving test so had to do the short brown with dad instead. Few little stupid mistakes near the beginning but not much to worry about hopefully. Tough terrain especially near the end and we opted for a few experimental routes which ended up with us being surrounded by gorse.
