Visualisation then attack points but knee giving a lot of jip. Pretty blue and swollen and couldn’t really bend it coming down the hill. RICE required.

Holme Fell and Colonels Drive and
Holme Fell-focusing on no compass for morning. Did no compass, control pick and talko. Absolutely freezing hands went blue and coat was a sponge. Pretty solid navigation surprisingly better without compass.
Colonels Drive-doughnuts and trains. Liked doughnuts as not too steep and gd course. Trains was pretty chill left my hat in the forest though.
Hawkshead- night sprint. Gd team spirit sent out in a solid last place came back not last woo. Extremely fun though.

600 then 200 x 4
Almost took off in my cag cuz it was so windy and wet. Felt like I was going backwards. Pretty consistent on 600’s and 200’s getting down to 28-30 secs so pretty pleased. Mentally drained from a tough couple of days so happy to be back running.
Don’t know if I’m getting a cold or something but felt really shivery and had bit of a headache. Don’t we love winter:)

Absolutely fruzzled from biology, history ,and chem mocks with 10 min break in between. Ideally would like to go running but physics is getting in the way. Need to go explore the lake in shagswell as everywhere’s flooded. Going to start getting some longer runs in after hawkshead.

MOCKS start tomorrow so unfortunately cutting down on training which is a bummer cuz I’m starting to enjoy running more.
