Turns out what I thought was a tummy bug is actually apendicitis so about to go in for surgery. No training for me for a while.

British night champs 1st.
Felt slightly dead beforehand but just tried to push from the start. Mistakes on #3 #9 and #11. Somehow pushed up the hill to 9 and ended up hitting a track at the top so had a long path round to the control which actually wasn’t a bad route, just 90 degrees off my plan. *looked at splits and only lost 25 ish seconds so turns out was a good route.
