SOL at Loch Ordie Got merked by Philly and Gooch Not good at all technically but lost a lot just from terrain fitness. Not really my kind of area tbh, but still need to get in better long distance shape before the marathon that will be Scottish champs

6 x 3' (2 ' jog) with the hounds Was planning 8, but the pace was slightly warmer than planned to stay with the group so was happy to dip early. Legs and stomach unsurprisingly not feeling too good after a day sat in a chair.
