LSD on the Downs. Ran the first 8 km or so with Tommy which were lovely, just keeping it chilled and then ran up onto Devils Dyke for another loop. I ran a really steep 100m accent which i am really happy about although it proper killed me = BONKBONKBONK. Yeh, just walked the last 100m climb and jogged back down to the car.

Knee conditioning exercises with Mum and Tommy - they were actually really hard and made my legs shake like lots! I think the yoga is enough for basic joint strenght but maybe add these exercises into my week for that wee extra boost. Marginal gains as they say.....

Hour score on the Southdowns. Felt pretty strong the whole way round which were nice although chest was feeling a bit wierd on the last few km's where i had to peg it to make it back n time. I didn't choose the best route - definitely should have stayed off the flinty scree slopes as they were proper slow going down and up - although managed to bag all 20 controls in time which is nice :-)

Was meant to be doing 20 min easy, 20 min hard, 20 min easy but was totally knackered after making a load of Pizza's with mam for a photo shoot. We gat so many pizza's now hehe

WU then 7 x 1 min hill reps up the sledging slope. Power i the legs really started to go at the end of the reps and i became proper hard to maintain style. We had a long 3 min walk back down which meant we could really push on the next rep. Mouth got so dry i could barely talk after the sesh although drank loads a water before so not sure why
