Love a good Sunday afternoon LSD:-) It were pretty toasty out but the old legs felt pretty good until the end with the climb back up to mihouse. Went past the such cool house which i had never seen before - like a wooden hut in the middle of this clearing covered in roses. Also had a gel which was just pureed mango - Mmmmmm!! Definitely made me feel a wee bit more energetic aswell whicis a bonus

2km WU down past the sledging slope then 9km tempo to Crawley Down and then back to Gravetye lake. Felt really good and it was lovely to be doing a longer hard run.
