Note

Had my first massage not by momma or dad which felt oh so good, I didn't want it to end - ever. Apparently I have a spasmic left hip-flexor and I've got to have another massage which is fine by me :) No running for 24 hours after though :(

Running (Home) 20:00 [3]

Couldn't concentrate on Geography so decided to do my first core session for 6 months (whilst watching Dynasties) - and unsurprisingly Scarlet totally beasted me at everything, even though she's injured and ill. Not that it wasn't always that way....
12 PM

Orienteering race (Terrain) 40:57 [3] 7.96 km (5:09 / km) +79m 4:54 / km
shoes: Scruffy Irocks

Pretty decent run in a lovely bit of Skog. Calf fine once warmed up and can't feel anything now - must have just slept on it funny. Had a long discussion with happy chatty Mike Edwards at the finish so got a bit cold but eventually escaped for a WD before the next Bus came.

Orienteering (Terrain) 42:31 [3] 5.98 km (7:07 / km) +143m 6:21 / km
shoes: Scruffy Irocks

Training with the worlds best Junior Squad - SEJS!!! Drove the 1 1/4 hour journey to Winterfold stalling 6 times on the same Roundabout but Dad was very calm/patient so we eventually made it. Definitely an improvement..... Made some really fun twisty turny courses which were kinda fidley and great practice for Compass. Right Calf is a wee bit sore. I haven't done anything strenuous except a load of Volleyball this week so not really sure why.

Orienteering (Terrain) 12:01 [3] 2.57 km (4:40 / km) +58m 4:12 / km
shoes: Scruffy Irocks

Pairs racing (Not really fair as Adam had a stitch) which was really easy - a bit enjoying but I guess they have to cater for everyone. Calf still a bit dodge.
