my right leg still hurts a bit, was pretty faded till around 10k then i could feel it a bit more.. my thigh still missfunctioning due to buzes and still remaining liquid inside.. but far better than it was a few days ago..
going to Lacika this afternoon hope he can make a wonder:D

Ive been told by Atka to run be memory from each cotrol to next one while memorising the upcoming control(s)
It was pretty hard to start and to memorise controls on the terrain due to dense vegetation, but i also found problem keeping the details in mind.. another area i have the chance to improve a lot..
couldnt really do zooming, maybe the pace that was slow let me rreading the map too much instead of focusing on that few details..
not the course itself was difficult but the task..
enjoyed it pretty much, i was tied with it in the end soo just started to run a few controls before the end, winning those legs in elite..

running warm up/down 10:25 [1] 1.79 km (5:49 / km)

ahr:161 max:188 (injured) shoes: IceBug Spirit 7 Olx 2.0

Tried to run hard, but couldnt really do without a proper warm up after 1,5week of tough training and racing:/
With the painkiller i took before the race the pain was ’acceptabe’
Itt just annoyed me, and didnt let run smoothly but Still could concentrate on map.. which was Still not enough cause i made some stupid mistakes, some huge ones aswell:/
This last race was rather about surviving and finishing my time in portugal instead of joy, focus and compiting..
However i Still managed to run, despite of All odds and feelings after yesterday’s happenings, what Im really pleased about..

Everything went well untill the 5th controll, where i collided with a Man running towards me, didnt see eachother, cause we were both checking the maps..
I have hit my chest and right thigh just above my knee and got to the ground..
I was figthing for a breath for 30secs untill i had the first sips of oxygen.. there were some guys trying to help but they couldnt really so just waved to them to go on and continue their race, the man i collied with was among them aswell.. really hope he is fine:/
was so confused and lost my mind that i got the picture back after some guys at the control asked me if i needed some help.. so just punched the control and started to run again now with tight chest and a hurting and not functioning right leg..
i was even happy that i found the next control somehow, hesitations and micros everywhere.. it took aprrox 2-2,5 min to really have back the piloting..
but from the hit on it was a suffer, rather than a joy, which im really sorry for:(
the course was easy anyway except some parts (have been knocked out, just before one of these:'DD)
with these shits can say it was an advanced course for me:'DD
