Could feel my hip at the beggining tought it will pass, but got worse, literally forced me to stop.. must have a break and then tryna walk home on half leg..

kombi futás...
easy intense, 20m high knee at beginning of the lap, 20m running hops at 200..
i could fell my hip/leg during mostly the high knees.. it was a huge relief when a finished.. this led to an injury lasted/lasting for 3 weeks..
