Shins felt okay this morning so thought i'd give it a crack.
Everything went wrong pretty much. Not run on 1:15 before so was very thrown on the first techy bit so lost like 7 mins there.
Soles of a shoe fell off. Shins began to niggle at 10 so was slowing down anyway and decided it best to stop and recover for the jk

Sprint Selection - cant complain. Routechoice and flow pretty spot on. Just a severe lack of pace but given I havent done a speed session in 3 months it was actually pretty decent
