British Middles - 6th.
First race and longest run in months. Not too bad considering. Achilles was no problem. Shins a bit sore but nothing awful. Really unfit on the hills so might try some terrain hill reps to regain some fitness while not putting too much pressure on shins
Interesting physio session. Now suggesting 3 sessions of shock therapy as due to the apparent lack of healing there might be some tissue build up around the shins. Have had a free trial so will see how i feel this weekend
