After jircs last week, i wasnt sure what to expect from this. Very scrappy on the first 6 controls, losing maybe 4 minutes. But i'm happy with how i managed to refocus and keep myself in the race. Felt good physically and kept it together till the end. Gels worked well to cope with the long distance
