Clean run with good plans and execution (Could have taken better routes to #14 and #20). Leg's died after about half way so just focused on being clean rather than fast. Will have an easy week in the build up for the HM next weekend

Nice to be out in the forest. A solid mornings training lead nicely into a race in the afternoon. Pretty clean and confident but area is as easy as they come.

Forgot my watch so not sure how long the morning took. 5k race was 27:28 though
