Had a training i never did, so me and Ben went and did it. Altered the trains session to work with 2. Nav was good and it was a nice (but steep) area

Wasnt expecting to do any O so i was not dressed appropriately so my legs got shredded. At least we found them all without a compass. Legs felt pretty good considering

Had my physio today.
He doesnt seem to think the knee is any issue, just need to regular rolling and s&c in order to strengthen the muscles at the hip in order to stop any IT pains. Got given a set of exercises to do twice a week
