Brutal area but orienteered pretty well. #16 i made a small parallel error but was only like 20 seconds. #17, i was just behind Adam so i watched him turn to go to 18 but where he turned was not actually the control (only found out after that i was about 6m from the re enterant). Other than that though it was good fun

2k jog there and 2k back.
Sprint was really good with multiple layers. Mainly clean but lost about 20 seconds total by misreading an underpass and taking the wrong steps. Good routes on complicated legs

Not the best.
Didnt feel like i had enough energy, so maybe didnt get my eating right. Also got dragged off by Sam and Ben at the start so wasnt too consistent with pace. Still, it wasnt too bad

4×650 with a short walking rest. Took it easy as have the 3k on friday. Then a jog with Immy while the rest finished
