What a shit way to end the year.
Tried to tape up blisters from yesterday but the plasters tore off, taking the back of my heel with it. Could barely walk but hobbled back to the arena.
Ah well, next year we will come back stronger

Jk Middle - Much better. Went in with a different mindset just to have a clean solid run without worrying about my lack of speed and placing. Maybe a minute at most lost and kept moving nicely. Onwards to tomorrow

Worst sprint race i've ever done. Had done little prep due to a level mocks this coming week. So made 2 mistakes early on. Was maybe running too fast early as well as i bonked incredibly hard by control 10 and shins were not great. Took the foot off the gas from then on so i'm okay for tomorrow. Then i mp on the second to last so just the icing on the cake really! We can only go up from here though so bring on the Middle!

Shins felt okay this morning so thought i'd give it a crack.
Everything went wrong pretty much. Not run on 1:15 before so was very thrown on the first techy bit so lost like 7 mins there.
Soles of a shoe fell off. Shins began to niggle at 10 so was slowing down anyway and decided it best to stop and recover for the jk

Sprint Selection - cant complain. Routechoice and flow pretty spot on. Just a severe lack of pace but given I havent done a speed session in 3 months it was actually pretty decent
